MPI Claims - FAQ

First things first, find a safe place to pull over. Assess any medical attention that may be required by yourself or anyone else involved. When it's safe to do so, exchange license and registration information other motorists involved in the accident.

Report your claim to MPI by calling 204-985-7000 or by visiting their website. If your claim is Direct Repair Eligible, call Focus Autobody & Glass and we'll take care of the rest.

For any Glass Claims, you can bring your vehicle directly to Focus AutoBody & Glass without first notifying MPI.

For Vehicle Repairs, you would first need to report your claim to obtain an eligible Direct Repair Claim Number from MPI. Once you have this claim number, please contact us to book an estimate and schedule your repairs.

Yes! We can open a glass claim on your behalf directly with MPI. No need to call MPI first. Just come see us!
